"Obstructive bronchitis in children"

12.02.2025. Under the guidance of the assistant of the department "GDP-3 "Onasbekova G. M. with interns IЖТДҚ-17-23, a practical lesson was conducted using the "standardized patient" method on the topic "obstructive bronchitis in children " according to the plan.
The purpose of the lesson: to master the skills of providing emergency medical care for obstructive bronchitis, which is most common in children, to acquire and practice practical skills, and to improve knowledge.
During the demonstration of a standardized clinical scenario, the patient demonstrated the collection of an anamnesis from the patient's mother who came to see a general practitioner, a general examination of the patient (skin color, development of fat deposits, size of lymph nodes, age examination), conducting an anthropometric examination and the technique of nebulizer treatment in the treatment room.

, in their roles a 10–year-old dummy "Thomas", a nebulizer device, a phonendascope, a tanometer, using the equipment, demonstrated practical skills of palpation, percussion, auscultation and in their sequence did. "It was possible to distinguish the features of obstructive bronchitis in children. I made the right conclusions based on the results of instrumental and laboratory studies."
The standardized method of the patient's clinical scenario also contributes to the formation of the interns' communication skills and makes it possible to optimize the educational and methodological process, which is an important task of modern medical education.
At the end of the lesson, the instructor of the CTD Seitbekova A. A., the expert Meruert, the assistant of the department Onasbekova G. M. expressed their opinion and assessed the passage of the lesson using the standardized patient method.
