DUAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS IN PRODUCTION IN THE FIELD OF PHARMACEUTICAL ANALYSIS

As part of the cooperation between the Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry of the Academy and Bioetica LLC, dual training of final-year students of the educational program "Pharmacy" in the discipline "Standardization of Medicines" was carried out in the fall semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.

The goal of dual training is to form highly qualified graduates with the required level of professional competencies. Thus, students have an excellent opportunity to gain the necessary experience in their field, and employers can select personnel from among the best students. The department provided the entire educational and methodological complex of the discipline, discussed with employers the content of laboratory classes and the most common practical issues in production. In turn, in the physical and chemical laboratory of this enterprise, comfortable conditions were created for the work of the study group on the basis of the production association.

The students showed a keen interest in consolidating their professional quality control skills, as well as in drafting regulatory documentation, in particular, pharmaceutical product quality specifications. The specialists supervising their activities emphasized their high level of theoretical training and confident mastery of practical methods of analyzing and assessing the quality of medicines.

The teaching staff of the Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry notes the high level of organization and clear work to create favorable conditions for students to undergo dual training at the enterprise and expresses gratitude to the administration and specialists of TOO "Bioetica".

As a result of using the dual system of training, specialists are formed who, after graduating from an educational institution, not only have a diploma in the chosen field, but are also able to independently solve a wide range of professional problems. This method of training significantly strengthens the practical side of the educational process, while maintaining a high level of theoretical training.
