The importance of developing SOFT SKILLS among medical students.

On 04/25/25, SKMA hosted an international scientific and methodological conference on the topic: "Modern educational technologies in medicine and pharmacy: requirements and prospects for the future".
Purpose: to discuss modern technologies in the field of modern medical and pharmaceutical education, to consider ways to train personnel in accordance with future professional requirements, as well as to improve the quality of education through the introduction of innovative teaching methods. At the conference, the head of the Department of "History of Kazakhstan and socio-social disciplines", PhD Nurzhanbayeva Zh.O. made a meaningful presentation on the topic: "The importance of developing SOFT SKILLS among medical students." During the seminar, she noted that at the present stage, in the training of specialists who are competitive in the labor market, it is necessary not only to form their professional skills, but also to increase the relevance of the formation of universal skills.
