Seminar "Legal responsibility for corruption"

28.04.25. The Department of "History of Kazakhstan and socio-public disciplines" held a seminar on "Legal responsibility for corruption".
The seminar was attended by compliance officer Nurgali Alikhanov Pernebaev, who told the students of the 1st year of the OP "Medicine" about the work and ethical standards of a compliance officer at the SKMA.
Purpose: To give students an idea of the concept of corruption, its negative impact on society and the development of the state, as well as to introduce them to the types of legal responsibility.

During the seminar, the concept and types of corruption were discussed, information was provided on the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and types of legal liability. The students were shown a social video dedicated to the fight against corruption.
At the end of the seminar, the participants were thanked and reminded that creating an anti-corruption culture is the responsibility of every member of society. It was emphasized that education and knowledge of the law are the main tools in the fight against corruption.
