ROUND TABLE «Collaboration of Theory and Practice in the Pharmaceutical Industry»

On January 24, 2025, a round table with employers in the pharmaceutical industry was held at the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy on the topic: «Collaboration of Theory and Practice in the Pharmaceutical Industry».
The aim of this event is to improve the quality of the educational programs «Pharmacy» and «Technology of Pharmaceutical Production» and to solve problems related to the employment of graduates in order to improve the quality of training of pharmaceutical personnel in the region.
The round table was moderated by the Vice-Rector for Educational, and Methodological Work, Doctor of Medical Sciences M. Anartayeva. The following reports heard:
1. «Interaction of practice and education in the pharmaceutical industry», - Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Acting Associate Professor, PhD Umurzakhova Galiya.
2. «Results of cluster development in 2024: goals and objectives», - Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Pharmacology, Pharmacotherapy and Clinical Pharmacology, Chairman of the educational and methodological association of the project management group for pharmaceutical educational programs in the direction of «Healthcare» of the Republican Educational and Methodological Council, Trustee of the Chairman of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Cluster of Shymkent Aigul Ibragimova.
3. «On the draft professional standard Pharmaceutical Production Technology», Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Acting Prof. Department of Pharmaceutical Production Technologies Torlanova Botagoz.
4. «Employment rates of SKMA graduates and the need for personnel», Dean of Internship and Employment of PhD Graduates Kemelbekov Kanatzhan.
5. «On the pressing problems of the pharmaceutical industry in the region», Director of the Association of Legal Entities Association of Medical and Pharmaceutical Organizations «Damu» of SKR Alzhanova Khadisha.
