Meeting on the theme “Ignorance of the law does not exempt from responsibility”

On February 24, 2025 the department of youth policy and KSU “Youth Resource Center” of the Department of Internal Policy and Youth Affairs of Shymkent city held a meeting on the theme “Ignorance of the law - does not exempt from responsibility”. The purpose of the meeting was to educate young people, to provide comprehensive explanations on offenses, the correct use of their rights within the law, unlawful acts, responsibility before the law and prevention of offenses. The meeting was attended by the first deputy head of the Police Department of Shymkent city, police colonel Beisenbaev Arman Arun-Rashidovich, operative commissioner for especially important cases of the Department of Economic Investigations for Shymkent city, Lieutenant Colonel Ismailov Kamilhan Bakhtiyarovich and students. In many online games, users are encouraged to buy supplies, power-ups to reach the maximum level or hack any new locations. Of course, it is a tempting offer to buy any discounted games or buy a paid game at a low price without ads. In such a case, without wasting time, it is necessary to call the operator 102 and check the reliability of the voiced information. At the conclusion of the meeting Beisenbaev Arman Arun-Rashidovich urged students to avoid illegal actions and strive only for education.
