Educational hour dedicated to Independence Day

On December 16, our sovereign country solemnly celebrates the National Holiday - Independence Day. The Kazakhstanis successfully overcame all the difficulties of the transition period and rose to the world stage. All citizens have contributed to the achievement of our republic.
On the eve of Independence Day, the teaching staff of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Social Disciplines held educational hours for students dedicated to December 16 - Independence Day.

The purpose of the educational hour is to show the heroism of our ancestors on the path to gaining the independence of our country, to show students an example of the feat of older brothers and sisters who took part in the December events. To cultivate in students love and feelings for their native land. To cultivate love for one’s country, land, reverence for the Motherland, sincerity.
During the educational hour, a presentation was prepared on the historical background of the celebration of Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, films dedicated to the December event were shown to students, with a discussion of this topic.
Independence is, first of all, the result of high dreams and courageous spirit of the Kazakh people striving for freedom. That is why Independence Day is the most important day for us. May the dawn of independent Kazakhstan be bright, may the spirit of the descendants of our independent country be high, and may our sacred blue flag flutter forever in the blue sky.
