Collaboration Between Demiroğlu Bilim University – Istanbul Florence Nightingale University Hospital and South Kazakhstan Medical Academy

We are pleased to announce the establishment of a partnership between Demiroğlu Bilim University (Turkey) and South Kazakhstan Medical Academy (Kazakhstan).
Demiroğlu Bilim University is Turkey’s first higher education institution dedicated exclusively to medical education. Furthermore, its university hospital, which has been providing medical services for over 35 years, holds the distinction of being Turkey’s first private hospital. The hospital specializes in cardiovascular surgery, cardiology, orthopedics and traumatology, as well as organ transplantation.

During the visit of the SKMA delegation to Istanbul, productive meetings were held to consolidate efforts in advancing scientific research, fostering medical innovations, and training highly qualified specialists. Additionally, the delegation toured the university campus and engaged in discussions regarding prospective joint projects. Special emphasis was placed on academic exchange programs, collaborative initiatives, and the implementation of innovative medical methodologies.
We are delighted to announce that, as a result of this visit, a bilateral memorandum of cooperation has been signed between our institutions. This marks a significant milestone in strengthening international partnerships and enhancing medical education on a global scale.
